It's Okay not to be Okay

It's okay to cry.
If you always hide your feelings, if you always pretend that you're fine, if you always want to runaway, just stop a minute and think. Is that OK?

If you always cry yourself alone, if you get mad at many things, if you want everything to be said and done at a time, just stop a minute and think. Is that OK?

I watched a movie yesterday, and it opened my eyes. I've finally figured out that it's okay to cry, it's okay to get mad, it's okay to feel bad. A strong person is not the one who doesn't cry, a strong person is the one who can express their feelings. They cry whenever they want to, they get mad, they feel bad too, but whenever it's done then it's done. The best thing about strong people is, they forgive. They forgive themselves, they forgive their past, they forgive the others.

So, it's okay not to be okay. So, take your time, you'll figure out that your sadness, pain, and sorrow help you to be a better person.
